VRF / VRV Systems in NYC

Variable refrigerant flow (VRF, also sold as VRV) systems serve many zones from one outdoor condensing unit, which makes them a common choice for multifamily buildings, offices and retail in New York City, where roof space and shaft space are tight.

What we install

• Outdoor condensing units, set on the roof, at grade or on dunnage
• Branch selector / BC controllers and indoor units: ducted, wall-mounted, ceiling cassette and floor units
• Refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing and evacuation
• Condensate piping, control wiring and central controls
• Startup and commissioning with the manufacturer

New construction and retrofits

We take VRF work from drawings through startup on new buildings, and we replace older systems in occupied buildings. Our own crews handle the ductwork that feeds ducted indoor units, so the duct and refrigerant scopes stay with one contractor.
