Water source heat pumps (WSHPs) are common in New York City apartment and office buildings. Each unit heats or cools its own space and shares a building condenser water loop, usually tied to a cooling tower and a boiler.
What we do
- Installation of new units and like-for-like replacement of old units
- Hose kits, valves and connections to the condenser water loop
- Condensate piping and ductwork connections
- Thermostats and controls
- Loop-side piping, pumps and tower work
In occupied buildings, replacements are planned unit by unit to limit time without heat or cooling for tenants.
